Their Vision: HRSDC required a consultant to undertake two major evaluations of the Aboriginal Human Resource Development Agreements.
Our Insight: With associates across Canada, Stonecircle conducted more than 150 key informant and stakeholder interviews, nearly a dozen focus groups, a 50-page literature review, extensive document and data review and analysis.
The Result: Stonecircle developed and wrote 14 case studies of AHRDAs from across the country. For the summative evaluation, Stonecircle presented qualitative research and a report to complement the quantitative data.
